Solana Energy will develop a portfolio-wide energy system at each property with no downside risk and new income from the sale of electricity to tenants. If required, Solana will access the capital markets to finance the development. Maximal IRR is achieved through a Tax Equity Special Purpose Entity developed for the REIT.
Solana Energy will develop the most efficient and energy independent building possible leaving you with substantially lower operating costs and a real property asset worth substantially more.
For Commercial Realtors
Solana Energy will sign an agreement to help you buy and sell commercial real estate where Solana plays a role in the development of an energy asset for the buyer or the seller. Solana Energy will pay you a portion of its Development Fee.
